In this workshop we will learn about the process of sensitivity analysis and discuss how it builds resilience and adaptability for a farm business.
• Competitive Analysis is a tool used to assess the market and where a farm is within it as part of a larger pricing structure. It includes discussions of factors that are part of determining the right price for an item, as well as who are direct and indirect competitors and how to consider them and their pricing.
