Northeast Pasture Consortium (NEPC) and the Northeast Grazing and Livestock Conference are teaming up for a conference at UMass Amherst January 25th-27th, 2024. The conference organizers are excited to be face-to-face this year (with virtual options).

The Carrot Project Executive Director Benneth Phelps will speak at the Land Access and Transfer Solutions Roundtable session from 1:00 – 2:00 PM on Saturday January 27th. The session will be a facilitated discussion and Q&A to answer farmer’s questions about both planning for farm and farmland exits and pathways to farmland access. Attendees will have access to multiple session speakers with experience working on farmland transfer transactions.
